In additon to those North Carolina Title Insurance servcies you are accustomed to receiving, North Carolina Title Services, LLC is happy to announce a new, exciting, FREE service.  As of July 2, 2007, we can prepare Final Title Opinions for you on any pending title insurance acquisition. All we need to prepare your Final Title Opinion is                  
                        __ Premium Check for Title Insurance
                        __ Lien Waiver
                        __ Copy of HUD-1 Settlement Statement
                        __ Recording Information or copies of recorded documents

Of course you can mail or deliver these items to us, but if you give us a call or drop us an e-mail when the packets are ready, we'll pick them up for you and can return the Final Title Opinion to you for signature whatever method is most convenient to you.  Title policies are then issued upon receipt of your signature.
